We introduced the In-mold process for spherical graphite cast iron products for the first time in Japan. In addition, our casting technology includes the In-mold process on the basis of the material technology of ductile cast iron, compacted vermicular iron, and high ductility ductile cast iron.

We can manufacture forgings made from either micro alloyed steels or thermal refining steels in accordance with quality and cost needs of our customers. We excel at manufacturing forgings made from micro alloyed steels with the cooling control technique. And, we have 6 forging lines of continuous refining furnaces at the plant. Our advanced heat-treatment technology creates high quality products by effective process use of quenching, tempering, and annealing. Therefore, we can meet our customers' needs.
